It does not happen very often that Jaume Mas -contestant winning the third place in the second edition of the Spanish TV programme “La Voz” of the international TV talent show format “The Voice”- from the Majorcan town of Pollença, sings in the capital of the Balearic islands. But when he did last Friday night at Palma’s trendy place-to-be Kaelum Club, the young singer managed to seduce the residents and tourists alike using nothing else but his guitar and voice.
During his acoustic gig, Jaume Mas performed songs such as Toda Una Vida and admitted that it’s “bringing back lots of memories of the programme” in which he participated with great success just two years ago. And when he covered the internationally re-known song La Flaca by singer Pau Dones of Jarabe de Palo, he also talked about their collaboration for the single Vuelve, a “fusion of Jaume Mas and Jarabe de Palo” now available on youtube and recently released on iTunes.
Jaume Mas first album featuring 7 tracks „Creer es Crear“ is about to be released on June 3rd, 2015 and is going to be presented live at Spain’s Radio 3 programme „Alma de león” this June.
